YeGuard LLC ("YeGuard," "we," "us") is an independent life-insurance agency based in Florida, founded by Hernando Sierra, a licensed life and health insurance agent in the State of Florida. • Quote form: your first name, phone number, age, and desired coverage amount.
• Ye chat: your phone number if you choose to share it, and the messages you send to Ye, our AI assistant.
• Usage data: basic, aggregated analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate region). We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use your information

• To prepare and discuss the life-insurance quotes you request.
• To contact you by phone call (including automated and prerecorded-voice calls), text message (SMS), WhatsApp, or email about your quote and related follow-ups.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To comply with insurance regulations and other legal obligations.

SMS/text messaging and consent

If you check the consent box on our quote form or share your phone number with Ye, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from YeGuard LLC about life-insurance quotes, appointment reminders, and related service messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services. Sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer-relationship management, is permitted.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate — such as our customer-relationship-management (CRM) system and website hosting — acting on our behalf and under our instructions.
• Our AI service provider, which processes the messages you send to Ye in order to generate replies.
• Insurance carriers, only when you choose to apply for a policy.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any of our text messages to stop receiving SMS.
• Reply HELP to any of our text messages, or contact us, for assistance.
• Email info@yeguard.com or call (863) 591-0309 to request access to or deletion of your personal information.

Data retention and security

We keep lead and consent records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet insurance record-keeping requirements, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect them.

Children

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
